- Lakukan Pengukuran: For full body composition analysis, ensure the INEVIFIT app is open on your smartphone and your profile is selected. Step onto the scale barefoot, ensuring your feet are positioned on the electrode sensors. Stand still until the measurement is complete and the app indicates that all data has been recorded.
- View Hasil: Your weight will be displayed on the scale's LED screen. All 8 body composition metrics will be sent to the INEVIFIT app on your smartphone for detailed viewing and tracking.
- Weight-Only Measurement: If you wish to only measure your weight without using the app, simply step on the scale with or without shoes. The scale will display your weight.

Pemeliharaan
