2. Pengaturan dan Operasi Awal

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Winding

Upon receiving your Citizen Tsuyosa watch, it may not be running. As an automatic watch, it requires kinetic energy to operate. To start the watch:

1. Gently shake the watch from side to side for about 30 seconds to initiate the automatic winding mechanism.
2. Alternatively, you can manually wind the watch by rotating the crown in the normal position (position 0) clockwise for approximately 20-30 turns. This will build up a sufficient power reserve to start the movement.

   • Pull the crown out to Position 1 (first click).
   • Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the desired date appears in the date window.
   • Avoid setting the date between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as this can damage the date mechanism. If the time is within this period, first set the time outside this range, then set the date, and finally reset the time.

3.2 Cadangan Daya

When fully wound, your watch has a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. If the watch is not worn for an extended period, it will stop. To restart it, follow the initial winding instructions in Section 2.1.

Regular daily wear is usually sufficient to keep the watch wound. If your daily activity is minimal, occasional manual winding (20-30 turns of the crown in Position 0) may be necessary to maintain the power reserve.

4.1 Tahan Air

Your Citizen Tsuyosa watch is water resistant to 50 meters (5 ATM). This rating means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming, showering, or washing hands. It is bukan suitable for diving, snorkeling, or prolonged water immersion.

• Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in to Position 0 before any contact with water.
• Do not operate the crown or pushers (if any) while the watch is wet or submerged in water.
• Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperature changes, such as moving from a hot sauna to cold water, as this can affect the water resistance seals.
