2. Fitur Produk

The Baseus PortalJoy 13-in-1 Docking Station offers a wide array of ports to meet diverse connectivity needs:

• Power Delivery (PD) 100W Input: Supports fast charging for your laptop.
• DisplayPort (DP) 4K@60Hz: For high-resolution external display connection.
• HDMI 4K@60Hz: For high-resolution external display connection.
• VGA: For connecting to older display monitors.

3. Petunjuk Penyiapan

1. Hubungkan ke Perangkat Host: Plug the integrated USB-C cable of the docking station into a compatible USB-C port on your laptop or host device. Ensure your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (Alt Mode) and Power Delivery for full functionality.
2. Sambungan Daya (Opsional tetapi Disarankan): For stable operation and to charge your laptop, connect your laptop's original power adapter or a compatible USB-C PD charger (up to 100W) to the PD input port on the docking station.
3. Hubungkan Periferal: Connect your external monitors, USB devices (keyboard, mouse, external drives), Ethernet cable, and audio devices to the corresponding ports on the docking station.
4. Instalasi Driver: In most cases, the docking station is plug-and-play and does not require additional drivers. If you encounter any issues, ensure your operating system and graphics drivers are up to date.

4. Petunjuk Pengoperasian

4.1 Keluaran Tampilan

The docking station supports triple display output. You can connect up to three external monitors simultaneously using the HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA ports. Note that the HDMI 2 port and the VGA port cannot work at the same time for extended display; they may mirror each other or one will take precedence. For optimal performance, use one HDMI, one DisplayPort, and one VGA, or two HDMI/DP ports.

The HDMI and DisplayPort outputs support resolutions up to 4K@60Hz, providing crisp and clear visuals for demanding applications and media consumption.

4.2 Transfer Data USB

The docking station features multiple USB ports for connecting various devices:

• USB-C (10Gbps) & 2 x USB-A (10Gbps): These ports offer high-speed data transfer rates, ideal for quickly moving large files between external storage devices.
• 1 x USB-A (480Mbps): Suitable for connecting standard peripherals like keyboards, mice, or webkamera.

4.3 Penyaluran Daya

The PD 100W input port allows you to power your laptop through the docking station. Connect a compatible USB-C PD power adapter to this port, and the docking station will pass through up to 85W of power to your connected laptop while reserving power for its own operation and connected peripherals.

4.4 Smart Port Recognition LED Indicator

The docking station features an LED indicator that provides visual feedback on the status of the connected port:

• Indicator Flashes: Indicates a full-functional port or Thunderbolt port is connected, but video output, charging, or data transfer may not be active or fully recognized yet.
• Indicator Lights Up Solid: Confirms a full-functional port is connected, and video output, charging, and data transfer are all active and recognized.

5. Pemeliharaan

• Pembersihan: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the docking station. Avoid using liquid cleaners or aerosols.
