4. Pengaturan

4.1 Battery and Antenna Installation

1. Pastikan perangkat dalam keadaan mati.
2. Attach the battery to the back of the walkie talkie, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
3. Screw the antenna clockwise onto the antenna port at the top of the device until it is firm.
4. Attach the back clip if desired, sliding it into the designated slot on the back of the device.

4.2 Menghidupkan/Mematikan

To power on the device, long press the Power/Volume knob located at the top. The screen will illuminate. To power off, long press the same knob until the device shuts down.

4.3 Pengaturan Jaringan Awal

The ZL18 requires a network connection (4G or WiFi) to function as a global walkie talkie. Follow these steps to connect to WiFi:

1. Tekan tombol Menu tombol.
2. Navigasi ke Pengaturan using the navigation buttons and press OK.
3. Memilih Nirkabel (WiFi) and press OK.
4. Turn WiFi On. The device will scan for available networks.
5. Select your desired WiFi network and enter the password if prompted.
6. Once connected, the WiFi icon will appear on the status bar.

The ZL18 supports PTT functionality, allowing for instant voice communication. It is compatible with PTT applications like Zello.

• Private Calls: To initiate a private call, select the desired contact from your list within the PTT application. Press and hold the PTT button to speak, and release to listen.
• Group Calls: To participate in a group call, select the desired group within the PTT application. Press and hold the PTT button to speak to all members in the group, and release to listen.

5.2 Zello Application

The ZL18 is an Android-based walkie talkie that supports the Zello PTT application. Ensure the Zello app is installed and configured on your device. You can use the app to chat with friends and colleagues worldwide, provided there is a network or WiFi connection.
