Gold Match Rifle Sizing Die MIGHTY ARMORY RIFLE SIZING DECAPPING INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Hand turn the pin into the shaft about 3/4 of the way. Put a touch of vibra-tite 111 on the pin barrel (or pointer barrel) shoulder where it meets the shaft. Snug the pin into the shaft with a 3/16 wrench. Do not over tighten, or it may result in a snapped threaded shaft in the main shaft. STEP 2 Drop the shafted pin (or pointer on the shaft) into the die body. Drop the spring into the cap well. STEP 3 Thread the cap into the cap well. Tighten the cap all the way down snug against the o-ring. Back out the cap 1/4 a turn. STEP 4 Lower the tool head all the way down, or raise the ram all the way up. Turn the die into the bushing until the die mouth contacts either. Adjust up or down for specific headspacing. STEP 5 Size and/or decap a case. When decapping, if you do not hear a snap, then back the cap out an 1/8 to 1/4 inch of a turn.
