2. Petunjuk Keselamatan

Please read all instructions and warnings carefully before installation and operation. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Ensure all wiring is correctly connected and polarity is observed to prevent damage to the controller and other components.
  • Always connect the battery first, then the solar panels, and finally the load. Disconnect in the reverse order.
  • Do not exceed the maximum PV input voltage (160VDC) or current ratings of the controller.
  • Install the controller in a well-ventilated area to ensure proper heat dissipation.
  • Avoid short-circuiting the solar panel, battery, or load terminals.
  • This device is designed for indoor use. Protect it from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and moisture.

5. Pengaturan dan Instalasi

Follow these steps for safe and correct installation of your MPPT solar charge controller. Ensure all power sources are disconnected before making any connections.

5.1 Wiring Order

  1. Hubungkan Baterai: Connect the battery to the controller's battery terminals (positive to positive, negative to negative). Ensure a secure connection. The controller will automatically detect the battery voltage.
  2. Hubungkan Panel Surya: Connect the solar panel array to the controller's solar panel terminals (positive to positive, negative to negative). Ensure correct polarity.
  3. Hubungkan Beban: Connect the DC load to the controller's load terminals (positive to positive, negative to negative).

Important: Always connect the battery first and disconnect the solar panels first when disassembling the system.

5.3 Pemasangan

  • Mount the controller vertically on a wall or stable surface to allow for optimal airflow.
  • Ensure there is sufficient space around the controller for heat dissipation, especially above and below the unit where the cooling fan and vents are located.

The blacklight LCD display provides comprehensive information about your solar system's performance. It shows:

  • Masukan PV: Jil.tage and current from solar panels.
  • Status Baterai: Jil.tage, charge level, and charging stage.
  • Output Muat: Current drawn by connected DC loads.
  • Energy Statistics: KWH charged.
  • System Icons: Indicate solar charging, battery status, load status, temperature, and fault conditions.

6.2 Tombol Kontrol

Use the buttons (A, B, C, D, SET) to navigate through the display menus and adjust parameters. Refer to the on-screen prompts for specific functions.

  • Tombol ATUR: Enters/exits menu, confirms selections.
  • Tombol A, B, C, D: Navigate menus, adjust values.
  • A+D Reset: Press A and D buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to perform a system reset.

6.3 Pemilihan Jenis Baterai

The controller supports various battery types. Ensure the correct battery type is selected in the settings for optimal charging and battery longevity. The charging algorithm adapts to the selected battery type (e.g., GEL, AGM, Flooded, LI, LiFePO4).
