1. Pendahuluan

The iCarsoft I980 is a versatile diagnostic scanner and tester engineered specifically for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This device allows users to read and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from primary vehicle systems, including SRS airbags, ABS anti-lock brakes, engine, and transmission modules. It also provides real-time live data readings for comprehensive vehicle analysis.

Designed for ease of use, the I980 is a standalone unit featuring a large, easy-to-read 2.8-inch color display and a user-friendly interface. It requires no additional software for basic operation. Additionally, the scanner includes full OBD-II capabilities, enabling it to scan engine readings and related trouble codes (Check Engine Light) on any 1996 and newer OBD-II compliant vehicle makes and models.

Please note: This scanner does not support Mercedes chassis numbers 107, 124, 126, 129, 140, 201, 202, 208, 210, 461, and 463.

4. Petunjuk Penyiapan

  1. Temukan Port OBD-II: The OBD-II port is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side. For most Mercedes-Benz vehicles, there is a hinged cover over the port that needs to be opened.
  2. Hubungkan Pemindai: Plug the diagnostic cable from the iCarsoft I980 scanner firmly into the vehicle's OBD-II port.
  3. Nyalakan: The scanner will power on automatically once connected to the vehicle's OBD-II port. A green indicator light will illuminate, and the device will boot up.
  4. Initial Setup (if new): If this is your first time using the tool, you may need to create an account and connect to Wi-Fi to ensure all necessary updates are logged into your scan tool for proper diagnosis.
