1. Pendahuluan

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Bravilor Bonamat 8.040.058.21004-208V Single Tank Thermal Coffee High Brewer. This high-quality stainless steel brewer is designed for commercial use, offering efficient coffee brewing with precise control features.

Key features include a 1.5-gallon capacity, intuitive touchscreen controls, pre-infusion, pulse brew settings, and a separate hot water tap. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the appliance to ensure safe and optimal performance.

2. Informasi Keselamatan

4. Pengaturan dan Instalasi

Proper installation is crucial for the performance and longevity of your brewer. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection.

1. Membongkar: Carefully remove the brewer from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.

5. Petunjuk Pengoperasian

Follow these steps to brew coffee and dispense hot water.

5.1. Menyeduh Kopi

1. Nyalakan: Ensure the brewer is properly connected to power and water, then turn on the main power switch.
2. Siapkan Filter: Place a new filter into the filter holder.
3. Tambahkan Bubuk Kopi: Add the desired amount of fresh coffee grounds to the filter. Refer to your coffee supplier's recommendations for optimal ratios.
4. Tempatkan Teko: Ensure the thermal carafe is correctly positioned under the brewing head.
5. Pilih Pengaturan: Use the touchscreen control panel to select your desired batch size, pre-infusion, and pulse brew settings. The brewer allows for variable batch sizes.

5.2. Dispensing Hot Water

• Ensure the brewer is powered on and the hot water tank is filled.

• Lap Bagian Luar: Bersihkan permukaan baja tahan karat eksterior dengan adamp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih abrasif atau sabut gosok.
• Bersihkan Baki Tetes: Remove and empty the drip tray. Wash with warm, soapy water and rinse.

6.2. Descaling (Monthly or as needed)

Mineral deposits from water can build up over time, affecting performance. Descale regularly based on water hardness and usage.

1. Use a commercial descaling solution designed for coffee brewers, following the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Run the descaling solution through a brew cycle (without coffee).
3. After descaling, run several cycles of plain water to thoroughly rinse the system.
