3. Pengaturan dan Perakitan
3.1 Membongkar
Keluarkan semua komponen dari kemasan dengan hati-hati. Periksa apakah ada kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi selama pengiriman. Simpan kemasan untuk penyimpanan atau pengiriman di masa mendatang.
3.2 Mengamankan Gergaji
Mount the mitre saw securely to a stable workbench using appropriate bolts and washers. Ensure the saw is level and does not wobble during operation.
3.3 Pemasangan Pisau

- Tekan tombol pengunci spindel.

- Remove the outer flange and old blade.
- Install the new 210mm blade, ensuring the rotation direction matches the arrow on the guard.
- Replace the outer flange and tighten the retaining bolt securely.

4. Petunjuk Pengoperasian
4.1 Menyesuaikan Sudut Mitre
To adjust the mitre angle, loosen the mitre lock knob. Rotate the turntable to the desired angle, indicated on the scale. Tighten the mitre lock knob firmly to secure the position.

4.2 Menyesuaikan Sudut Kemiringan
For bevel cuts, loosen the bevel lock lever located at the rear of the saw. Tilt the saw head to the desired angle (up to 45 degrees). Securely tighten the bevel lock lever.

4.3 Melakukan Pemotongan
- Place the workpiece firmly against the fence and clamp itu dengan aman.
- Pastikan mata pisau tidak menyentuh benda kerja sebelum menghidupkan motor.
- Tekan sakelar pemicu untuk menghidupkan motor dan biarkan mata pisau mencapai kecepatan penuh.
- Slowly lower the saw blade through the workpiece.
- Setelah pemotongan selesai, lepaskan sakelar pemicu dan biarkan mata pisau berhenti sepenuhnya sebelum mengangkat kepala gergaji.
5. Pemeliharaan
5.1 Pembersihan
Regularly clean the saw to remove sawdust and debris. Use a brush or vacuum cleaner. Do not use solvents that may damage plastic parts.
5.2 Pemeriksaan Pisau
Inspect the saw blade before each use for sharpness, cracks, or missing teeth. Replace damaged or dull blades immediately.
5.3 Sikat Karbon
The carbon brushes may need periodic replacement. Consult a qualified service technician for this procedure.
