The SINOTIMER TM619 is a versatile digital LCD power timer switch designed for automatically controlling various electrical equipment. It allows for precise scheduling of ON/OFF cycles over a 7-day period. This device is ideal for applications such as controlling streetlights, neon signs, lamps, water heaters, air conditioners, billboards, electric cookers, boosters, sprayers, bottlers, preheaters, agriculture facilities, and broadcasting equipment.

Equipped with a built-in battery, the TM619 retains programmed settings even during power failures. Its design incorporates a low-consumption, high-accuracy CMOS chip, ensuring strong anti-jamming capabilities and reliable performance. The TM619 timer switch features 5 terminals for connection. Refer to the diagram on the back of the unit and Figure 2 for proper wiring. Ensure all connections are secure and comply with local electrical codes.

• Terminal 1 & 2: Power Input (24VDC). These terminals supply power to the timer itself. Ensure a continuous 24VDC supply to keep the timer operational and maintain its internal clock and programs.
• Terminal 3, 4, 5: Switching Contact (Output). This is a single changeover switch (SPDT - Single Pole Double Throw) with 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) contact.
  • Terminal 3: Umum (COM)
  • Terminal 4: Normally Open (NO) - Contact closes when the timer is ON.
  • Terminal 5: Normally Closed (NC) - Contact opens when the timer is ON.

The output contacts are rated for 16A at 250VAC (50/60Hz) for resistive loads, and 1HP at 125VAC, 2HP at 250VAC for inductive loads. For DC loads, it supports 20A at 30VDC.

The TM619 is designed for panel mounting. It features mounting holes on its casing for secure attachment to a control panel or enclosure. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating.

5.1 Mengatur Waktu dan Hari Saat Ini

1. Tekan dan tahan tombol JAM tombol.
2. Saat memegang JAM, tekan HARI to set the current day of the week (Mo, Tu, We, Th, Fr, Sa, Su).
3. Saat memegang JAM, tekan JAM to set the current hour (0-23).
4. Saat memegang JAM, tekan MENIT to set the current minute (0-59).
5. Lepaskan JAM button. The time and day are now set.

5.2 Pemrograman Waktu ON/OFF

The TM619 allows for up to 16 ON/OFF programs. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time.

1. Tekan tombol PENGATUR WAKTU Tekan tombol sekali. Layar akan menampilkan "1 ON".
2. Tekan HARI to select the day(s) for this ON program. You can choose a single day, specific days (e.g., Mo-Fr), or all 7 days.
