Pengaturan

1. Pemasangan Baterai

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

Insert the air tube connector from the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor unit.

3. Setting Date and Time (if applicable)

Refer to the specific instructions in your manual for setting the date and time, usually involving pressing the 'MEM' button in a specific sequence while the unit is off or in setup mode.

Mempersiapkan Pengukuran

• Hindari makan, minum alkohol, merokok, atau berolahraga setidaknya 30 menit sebelum pengukuran.

Menerapkan Manset Lengan

2. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1 inch (2-3 cm) above your elbow.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, securing it with the hook and loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

Melakukan Pengukuran

1. With the cuff correctly applied and the unit connected, press the AWAL tombol.
2. The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
3. Setelah pengukuran selesai, manset akan mengempis, dan tekanan sistolik, tekanan diastolik, dan denyut nadi Anda akan ditampilkan di layar.

ViewMembaca yang Tersimpan

• From the OFF state, press the MEM tombol.

• Tekan tombol MEM button repeatedly to scroll through older readings.
• The unit will display the average of the last three readings (if available) before showing individual readings.

Menghapus Memori

To clear all stored readings, press and hold the MEM button for approximately 5 seconds while in memory recall mode until "CLR" or "---" appears on the display, indicating memory has been cleared.

Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan

• Clean the monitor unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Store the unit in its storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
