3.2 Memasang Penutup

The Klarstein Monumenta is a wall-mounted canopy hood. Ensure the wall is strong enough to support the weight of the hood (approx. 12.5 kg / 27.5 lbs). Maintain the recommended distance between the cooking surface and the bottom of the hood as specified in local building codes and the detailed manual.

• Mark drilling points on the wall according to the provided template.

4. Petunjuk Pengoperasian

The Klarstein Monumenta extractor hood features a user-friendly 5-button control panel located on the front.

4.1 Fungsi Panel Kontrol

Panel kontrol biasanya mencakup tombol untuk:

• Daya HIDUP/MATI: Untuk menghidupkan atau mematikan tudung asap.
• Pemilihan Kecepatan Kipas: Three distinct power levels (1, 2, 3) are available to adjust the extraction rate according to your cooking needs.

• Remove the grease filter by releasing its latches.
• Wash the filter by hand in hot soapy water or in a dishwasher using a mild detergent.

5.2 Replacing Activated Carbon Filters (Recirculation Mode)

If your hood is operating in recirculation mode, the activated carbon filters need to be replaced periodically (typically every 3-6 months, depending on usage) as they cannot be washed. Used filters lose their odor-absorbing capacity.

• Remove the grease filter to access the activated carbon filters.
• Twist or unlatch the old carbon filters to remove them.
• Install new activated carbon filters, ensuring they are securely in place.
