2.1 8U Wall Mount Patch Panel Bracket

This wall-mount bracket provides 8U of space, suitable for mounting data/IT equipment that is 12 inches deep or less. It is constructed of solid steel, ensuring a sturdy and secure mounting solution for critical equipment. The mounting holes are positioned 16 inches apart, aligning with standard drywall construction framework for simple and secure wall-stud anchoring. A rear access panel facilitates easy cable routing into the rack.

2.2 1U Vented Server Rack Shelf

The 1U vented server rack shelf is 10 inches deep and allows for the addition of a compact shelf to almost any standard 19-inch EIA-310 compliant server rack or cabinet with front mount options. Its versatile design accommodates various computer, AV, network, studio, and data equipment. The vented design improves airflow and helps lower temperatures within the rack, contributing to equipment longevity. Made from SPCC commercial-grade cold-rolled steel, this durable fixed rack shelf can support up to 44 lbs (20 kg) of equipment, ideal for non-rack mount items, tools, peripherals, or accessories.

2.3 8 Outlet Horizontal 1U Rack Mount PDU Power Strip

This horizontal rack mount PDU provides a cost-effective power distribution solution with 8 outlets (120V/15A). It can be mounted horizontally in any server rack 4 inches deep or greater. The unit features a rugged steel casing for maximum durability. For equipment protection, it includes two LEDs indicating proper ground and surge detection, along with an illuminated power/reset switch. A built-in circuit breaker and reset switch prevent costly breakdowns of connected devices, ensuring reliable performance for vital data center equipment.

3. Pengaturan dan Instalasi

   • Insert the included cage nuts into the square holes on the rack rails.
   • Secure the shelf using the provided rack screws.
4. Installing the Power Strip:
   • Select a 1U position for the power strip.
   • Align the power strip's mounting ears with the rack rails.
   • Insert cage nuts and secure the power strip with rack screws.

4. Petunjuk Pengoperasian

• Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Operation:
  • Connect the PDU's power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Observe the "SURGE" and "GROUND" LEDs on the PDU's front panel. The "GROUND" LED should be illuminated green, indicating proper grounding. The "SURGE" LED should be illuminated green, indicating active surge protection. If either LED is not lit or is red, consult the troubleshooting section.
  • Use the illuminated power/reset switch to control power to the connected devices. Press the switch to the 'ON' position to supply power.
  • Plug your networking equipment into the 8 available outlets on the PDU.

• Ventilasi: Ensure that the vented shelf and the overall rack setup allow for adequate airflow to prevent overheating of equipment. Keep the area around the rack clear of obstructions.

  • If the "SURGE" LED is not lit, the surge protection may have been compromised. The PDU may still provide power, but without surge protection. Consider replacing the PDU.
