2. Pengaturan

2.1 Daftar Periksa Pra-Instalasi

• Ensure your device is connected to a Jaringan Wi-Fi 2.4GHz. Matter devices do not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks.

2.3.1 Generating a Temporary Pairing Code (Example: from Apple Home)

3. Memilih “Matter” from the list of device types.

While Matter provides basic control, advanced features like energy monitoring and firmware updates are accessible only through the Meross app. Ensure your phone and Matter device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

1. Buka Aplikasi Meross.
2. Ketuk “+” symbol untuk menambahkan perangkat baru.
3. Your paired Matter device should be automatically found. Tap "Menambahkan".
4. Tunggu perangkat Anda terhubung.

3. Operating the Smart Plug

3.1 Kontrol Hidup/Mati Dasar

Once set up, you can control the smart plug directly from the respective smart home apps (Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home) or the Meross app by tapping the on/off icon.

If the smart plug loses connection to the Wi-Fi network, it should automatically reconnect once the network is restored. If issues persist, try restarting your Wi-Fi router and the smart plug.

5.4 Matter Pairing Code Issues

Temporary pairing codes generated for Multi-Admin setup are valid for a limited time (approx. 3 minutes). If the code expires, generate a new one from the platform where the device was initially added.
