3. Pengaturan dan Perakitan

Follow these steps to assemble your BILT HARD 2 Stage Gas Snow Blower:

1. Siapkan Mesin: Remove the 3 M6 bolts pre-installed in the recoil start housing. Use these bolts to secure the recoil starter to the housing.
2. Install Lower Handle: Use a tire to raise the machine body. Remove the bolts on both sides of the case. Install the lower handle, securing it with two bolts on the right and one bolt on the left.
3. Pasang Pegangan Atas: Remove 3 lock bolts and nuts from the lower handle. Install the upper handle onto the lower handle and secure it with the previously removed bolts and nuts.
4. Mount Cleaning Tool: Install the cleaning tool onto the upper handle.
5. Connect Control Levers: Cut the strips on the control levers to free the shift plate. Install the drive control rod into the hole on the shift plate and turn the rod up to secure. Install the other end of the rod into the hole on the drive speed control lever and secure it.
6. Assemble Chute: Remove the rotator disk and bolts from the chute assembly. Attach the rotator disk and the chute deflector onto the chute base. Secure the rotator disk with the previously removed bolts. Attach the rear end of the chute rotator to the handle and the front end of the chute rotator.
7. Kabel Aman: Secure the cables with the clips on the handle.
8. Install Skid Plate: Install the skid plate into the 2 holes on each side of the auger housing.
9. Pasang Roda: Install the wheels on the axle under the engine and secure with pins.

4. Petunjuk Pengoperasian

Familiarize yourself with the controls and starting procedures before operating the snow blower.

4.1 Menyalakan Mesin

The snow blower offers both recoil (pull-start) and electric start options.

1. Add Oil and Fuel: Add SAE 5W-30 or SAE 0W-30 engine oil and unleaded gasoline.
2. Set Drive Speed: Put the drive-speed control lever in the F1 position.
3. Turn On/Off Key: Push in the on/off key to the ON position.

4.2 Kontrol

5. Pemeliharaan

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your snow blower.

• Sistem Bahan Bakar: Use fresh, stabilized gasoline. Drain fuel at the end of the season or use a fuel stabilizer.
• Auger and Chute: After each use, clear any snow or ice from the auger and chute using the provided cleaning tool. Inspect the auger for damage.
• Skid Plates: Check the wear on the skid plates. Adjust or replace them as needed to maintain proper clearing height.
• Ban: Ensure tires are properly inflated (if applicable) and inspect for wear or damage.

6. Penyelesaian masalah
