This powerful gas pressure washer is designed for tough cleaning jobs, delivering 3400 PSI and 2.8 GPM, powered by a 212cc 4-stroke engine. It is suitable for cleaning driveways, siding, patios, decks, fences, and vehicles.

2. Informasi Keselamatan Penting

4. Perakitan

Your TOOLCY Gas Pressure Washer comes mostly pre-assembled for quick setup. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

1. Pasangkan Pegangan: Slide the upper handle assembly onto the main unit's frame until it clicks into place. No bolts or tools are required for this step.
2. Install Hose Hook: Attach the hose hook to the designated slots on the handle panel.
3. Hubungkan Selang Tekanan Tinggi: Connect one end of the 35-foot high-pressure hose to the pump outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are hand-tightened securely.
4. Pasang Tongkat Ekstensi: Screw the metal extension wand onto the spray gun.
5. Insert Nozzle Tip: Select the desired quick-connect nozzle tip and insert it into the end of the extension wand until it locks into place.

5. Pengaturan Awal

1. Tambahkan Oli Mesin: Using the provided oil funnel, add 10W-30 engine oil to the engine crankcase. Do NOT overfill. The unit is shipped without engine oil to prevent leaks during transit.
2. Tambahkan Bahan Bakar: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline.
3. Hubungkan Pasokan Air: Connect a standard garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer pump. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a minimum diameter of 5/8 inch.
4. Nyalakan Pasokan Air: Fully open the water faucet to ensure a steady flow of water to the pressure washer.
5. Buang Udara dari Sistem: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the pump and hose. Continue until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle.

6. Petunjuk Pengoperasian

1. Nyalakan Mesin:
   • Putar sakelar mesin ke posisi 'ON'.
   • Move the throttle lever to the 'LEFT' position.
   • Turn the fuel shut-off valve to the 'RIGHT' position.
   • Locate the recoil cord and pull slowly until resistance is felt. At this point, pull rapidly to start the engine.
   • Once the engine starts, turn the choke lever to the 'RIGHT' position.
2. Pilih Nozel: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle tip for your cleaning task. The 0° (red) nozzle provides a concentrated stream for tough stains, while the 40° (white) nozzle offers a wider spray for general cleaning. The black nozzle is for soap application.
3. Oleskan Deterjen (Opsional): If using detergent, fill the 0.88-gallon onboard soap tank with pressure washer-safe detergent. Attach the black soap nozzle. The pressure washer will automatically mix the detergent with water at low pressure.
4. Mulai Membersihkan: Hold the spray gun firmly with both hands and maintain a safe distance from the surface being cleaned. Start spraying from a distance and move closer as needed, ensuring not to damage the surface.
5. Stop the Engine: To stop the engine, turn the engine switch to the 'OFF' position. Turn off the water supply and squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure.

7. Pemeliharaan

7.1 Perawatan Mesin

• Periksa Level Oli: Check the engine oil level before each use. The built-in Smart Oil Sensor protects the engine from low oil levels.
• Mengganti oli: Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours or annually.
• Filter Udara: Bersihkan atau ganti filter udara secara teratur, terutama dalam kondisi berdebu.
• Busi: Periksa dan bersihkan busi setiap tahun. Ganti jika perlu.
