4. Pengaturan

1. Pengisian daya: Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Connect the USB-C cable to the case and a power source, or place the case on a wireless charging pad.
2. Nyalakan: Buka casing pengisi daya. Earbud akan otomatis menyala dan masuk ke mode berpasangan.
3. Pasangan:
   • For Android users (Google Fast Pair): A notification will appear on your Android device. Tap to connect.
   • Untuk perangkat lain: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select "EDIFIER NeoBuds Planar" from the list of available devices.
4. Instalasi Aplikasi: Download the "EDIFIER ConneX" app from your device's app store to unlock full customization features.

5. Petunjuk Pengoperasian

5.1 Kontrol Sentuh

The NeoBuds Planar feature intuitive touch controls on the earbuds. You can customize most functions via the EDIFIER ConneX app.

5.2 Mode Kontrol Kebisingan

Switch between different noise control modes using the touch controls or the app:

• Peredam Kebisingan Adaptif: Secara otomatis menyesuaikan peredam kebisingan berdasarkan lingkungan sekitar Anda.
• Pembatalan Kebisingan: Provides maximum noise reduction.
• Suara Sekitar: Memungkinkan Anda mendengar lingkungan sekitar sambil mendengarkan audio.
• Pengurangan Angin: Minimizes wind noise during calls or listening.
• Noise Cancellation Off: Menonaktifkan semua fitur kontrol kebisingan.

5.3 Mode Permainan

Activate Gaming Mode via the app for ultra-low latency (80 milliseconds), ensuring precise sound synchronization for an immersive gaming experience.

6. Pemeliharaan

• Bersihkan earbud dan wadah pengisi daya secara teratur dengan kain lembut dan kering.
• Hindari penggunaan pembersih atau pelarut yang bersifat abrasif.
• Keep the charging contacts on the earbuds and case clean and dry.
• Simpan earbud dalam wadah pengisi dayanya saat tidak digunakan untuk melindunginya dan menjaga masa pakai baterai.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

• Tidak ada suara:
  • Pastikan earbud terisi daya dan terhubung ke perangkat Anda.
  • Check device volume and media playback.
  • Coba pasangkan ulang earbud.
• Masalah Koneksi:
  • Pastikan Bluetooth diaktifkan pada perangkat Anda.
  • Mendekatlah ke perangkat Anda (dalam jarak 10 meter).
  • Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device and re-pair.
  • Perform a factory reset (see app settings).
• Peredam Kebisingan Tidak Efektif:
  • Ensure a proper seal with the correct ear tip size.
  • Check if Wind Reduction mode is active, as it reduces ANC strength.
  • Ensure both earbuds are worn for optimal ANC performance.
• Masalah Mikrofon:
