2. Pedoman Keselamatan
Your safety is paramount. Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear when riding. Familiarize yourself with local traffic laws and regulations. Perform pre-ride checks before each use.
- Selalu gunakan helm bersertifikat.
- Pastikan semua komponen terpasang dengan aman sebelum digunakan.
- Check tire pressure, brakes, and battery charge before each ride.
- Jangan melebihi rekomendasi berat maksimum yaitu 265 pon (120 kg).
- Avoid riding in adverse weather conditions, especially heavy rain or snow, despite the IPX4 water resistance.
- Ride defensively and be aware of your surroundings.
3. Pengaturan dan Perakitan
The MileTrail 1 electric bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. A tool kit and detailed manual are included for final setup. The main assembly steps involve attaching the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat.
3.1 Pemasangan dan Pengisian Baterai
The 468Wh (36V 13Ah) removable battery is integrated into the frame. It can be charged both on and off the bike.
- To install the battery, align it with the frame slot and gently push until it clicks into place.
- To remove, use the provided key to unlock and slide the battery out.
- Connect the charger to the charging port on the battery (or directly to the bike if charging on-bike). The battery indicator lights will show the charging status.

3.2 Penyesuaian Stang dan Jok
The adjustable handlebar stem and seat post allow for a personalized and comfortable riding posture, reducing wrist and back strain.
- Adjust the handlebar angle using the adjustable stem mechanism.
- Adjust the seat height to ensure your feet can comfortably touch the ground when stopped, and your legs have a slight bend at the knee when pedaling.

4. Petunjuk Pengoperasian
The MileTrail 1 offers both pedal-assist and throttle modes for versatile riding.
4.1 Menghidupkan/Mematikan dan Tampilan
The bike features a simple display for battery level and pedal-assist settings.
- Press and hold the power button on the handlebar display to turn the bike on or off.
- The display shows battery charge level and current pedal-assist level.
- To turn the headlight on or off, press and hold the '+' button on the display for 3 seconds.

4.2 Sistem Bantuan Pedal (PAS) dan Throttle
The torque sensor provides intelligent power assistance, making pedaling feel natural and efficient. The 7-speed Shimano gear system allows for manual gear changes.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the display to adjust the pedal-assist level (1-5). Higher levels provide more motor assistance.
- The thumb throttle provides instant power without pedaling, functioning like a motorcycle throttle.
- Shift between the 7 mechanical gears using the Shimano shifter on the handlebar to adapt to different terrains and desired speeds.

4.3 Sistem Pengereman
The MileTrail 1 is equipped with responsive hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping power.
- Apply both front and rear brakes simultaneously for optimal stopping performance and control.
- Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially on loose or wet surfaces.

5. Pemeliharaan
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your electric bike.
5.1 Pembersihan dan Penyimpanan
- Bersihkan sepeda secara teratur dengan iklanamp kain. Hindari mencuci dengan tekanan tinggi langsung pada komponen listrik.
- Store the bike in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- If storing for extended periods, ensure the battery is charged to 50-70% and recharge every 2-3 months.
5.2 Perawatan Ban
The 26-inch x 1.95-inch tires are designed for various terrains.
- Maintain tire pressure between 40-65 PSI (2.7-4.4 BAR) for optimal performance and safety.
- Periksa ban secara berkala untuk mengetahui adanya keausan, kebocoran, atau kerusakan.

5.3 Brake and Gear System
- Regularly check brake pads for wear and replace as needed.
- Ensure brake levers are firm and responsive. If they feel spongy, professional service may be required.
