To clean the grinder, unplug it, remove the bean container, and lift out the upper burr. Use the included brush to clean the grinding chamber and burrs. Do not use water or liquid on the burrs directly.
Dissolve a descaling agent in water and fill the water tank. Run the solution through the brew head and frothing wand according to your model's manual, then rinse the system thoroughly by running fresh cold water through it.
For French Press, use a coarse grind setting. On Capresso Infinity grinders, this corresponds to the 'Coarse' range. A coarse grind prevents sediment from passing through the press filter.
