Motion Healthcare support FAQ

Pertanyaan umum tentang manual, pendaftaran, dan dukungan untuk merek ini.

  • How often should I charge my Motion Healthcare scooter batteries?

New batteries must be charged fully (approximately 24 hours) prior to first use. Regular charging is recommended to prolong battery life; when not in use, ensure batteries are fully charged at least every 4-6 weeks to prevent permanent damage.

  • What is Freewheel mode and how do I use it?

Freewheel mode releases the motor brakes, allowing the device to be pushed by hand. It is engaged via levers usually located at the rear of the powerchair or scooter. Never engage Freewheel mode on an incline or while the device is turned on.

  • Who should I contact for warranty claims or repairs?

Motion Healthcare products are sold through partners who hold the warranty agreement with the end user. For repairs, spare parts, or warranty claims, please contact the company or dealer from whom you purchased the device.

  • Can I drive my scooter or powerchair on a gradient?

Yes, but do not exceed the maximum recommended incline angle specified in your product specifications. When climbing, keep the device moving; when descending, use a low speed. Never drive across a slope or place the device in Freewheel mode on a gradient.
